The Green Shee Yurt
Gnomad & Lady Longbottom will be back
with their story pockets bursting with
tales new & old from the land of faerie.
Suitable for the very young, the
very old and all in between.
Kilted, Sean
Gordon will be sharing the yurt and also wandering the crowds
to share his
stories from Scotland of old.
Kids Activities
There will be loads of activities for
children, both big and
small.
Music and craft workshops, face-painting, a magic show, games and circus
skills workshops
will have them spoilt for choice.
Most of the activities specifically aimed at children
will be between 2pm - 5pm.
At 5.30pm, just before sunset, we have the kids parade with the children
lighting the bonfire.
We encourage children to stay for the evening, so
they can enjoy the fire spectaculars!
Stalls
A diverse variety of stalls
will be selling a range of goods
for body and soul
from Crystals and Drums to Indian Clothing and Native
American Crafts and lots for the children.
As Christmas will not be far away, it's a great
opportunity to find something special and unique!
Healing and Divination
For your soul their will be various healers and
masseurs offering
a taster of different therapies.
Also, to guide you on your journey through the
adventure of life
various forms of divination from tarot to
aura photography will be on offer.
During the
afternoon at the Spiral of Fire there will be an interactive talk by Bill
Ledgerwood
"The Way of Energy - come to feel and know
the energy of the living planet"
Cinema
Our cinema
will offer a range of thoughtful
visual delights.
The Freedome
This year we will be adding a new feature of a semi-acoustic space in
a large geodome beside the bonfire.
Various musicians and poets will entertain,
hosted by award winning poets, Rapunzel Wizard & Milton Balgoni.
This is also
the place to bring your own instrument to join the jam or share a poem or story.
Camping
For the
first time we will have a lovely grass campsite for tents, caravans and
campervans.
The site is
next to the car park and venue and we will provide toilets, water and overnight
security.
We can also
offer two yurts (12' and 16') for an exclusive camping experience!
Prices will
be £40 and £70 per yurt for the night.

Mutley's Crepes from Edinburgh will be
cooking to order superb organic pancakes.

The Coo Cathedral is a very grand Victorian building originally built to house very lucky cows. Now its gothic architecture lends a great atmosphere to our festival! The Castle Estate is to the North of Aboyne which is on the A93 35 miles west of Aberdeen, Scotland. Once in the village the event is clearly sign posted. Festival Bus The planet friendly travel option! So you don't miss any of the festival we run a Festival Bus back to Aberdeen at 1am. The bus will leave from outside the Ticket Office.
